Without doubt this programme has been thee best thing I’ve ever done
After feeling unhappy with not only the way I looked but more importantly how I felt and already training with Julie I asked for nutritional help.
After discussing what I wanted to achieve Julie was amazing and we decided that doing the SMARTER programme would be the best fit for me. Prior to this I was overwhelmed with where to even attempt to start and I knew it was time I invested in my health properly….mental as well as physical.
Julie set me clear and simple daily/ weekly goals and targets and I stuck to them and in my first week I lost 5lbs and 11 inches….the joy I felt that day was exactly the motivation I needed. The hard work of that week had paid off and I could see and feel a change that I wanted to continue.
Each week Julie gave me accountability, support, advice and encouragement. I quickly learnt from Julies knowledge that the small changes equal a big change. I focused on moving more outside of training sessions, my mindset and being consistent with my food and training. Learning that one bad meal or day wont ruin my day or week.
With Julie’s help I started to realise and understand the bad habits I’ve had and the negative association with food and my feelings. I quickly learnt to not eat my feelings and create positive habits and changes to my lifestyle. And in turn continued to see results. During the programme I lost 29lbs 30.5 inches and feel the best I have in years.
Without doubt this programme has been thee best thing I’ve ever done and I could not thank or recommend Julie enough. I could not be happier with my results over this programme and more importantly thanks to Julie am now clear and confident how I can continue and sustain this change to my lifestyle.
