I’m Julie, founder and owner of Powerfit. I offer 1-2-1 and group exercise sessions alongside nutritional guidance, to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

All our training sessions are taken in a clean and covid safe, private gym, making sure you have a dedicated space solely to concentrate on your individual goals. I also offer online, 1-2-1 and group training sessions to keep you motivated and on-track during current restrictions.

I will work with you 1-2-1 to create a program of exercise which supports your journey; whatever that may be – weight loss goals, getting fitter, or simply seeking a new way to progress your exercise regime.

Fuelling your goals

Fuelling your body with the right foods is a vital part of your fitness journey. I can help you become smarter about your eating, offering nutritional advice and helping you break old habits.

We will look at the type of foods you need to eat if you want to achieve your goals, from a simple list of ‘good’ foods you might want to incorporate into your eating, to a complete diet plan if you wish.
