Think about your accomplishments, what you find beautiful, a person you look up to, an ability of yours. We have so many accomplishments, reading a book, sewing, hitting a personal best, a signature dish, climbing a mountain

Think of all the things we love, nothing of financial value, eg the water on our feet at the beach, a photo of a loved one, something in nature, a pet, a particular song, a certain smell, a home cooked dinner, meditation, listening to the birds, the newborn lambs

Think of something you are looking forward to doing, seeing a loved one, meeting up with friends, a day out, shopping, gym date, spa date, having an actual conversation with others

Think about how privileged we are, be blessed that you woke up today, blessed that you have a strong healthy body and mind and the privilege that we have opportunities to make them stronger. Fresh air, Be privileged for life in general.

Lessons to learn in life – its ok to not be ok, if you can be anything be kind. Give yourself something to get up for every day wether it be self care, a project, a chore – plan ahead and have that downtime too. How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you. Respect others and treat people how you want to be treated.
